Breakfast oat-bran recipe

This is a recipe that I’ve been using nearly one and half years.

  • 6 teaspoons of oat-bran.
  • Add enough milk(I normally use Almond milk) and mix it well with quarter teaspoon of chocolate powder.
  • Microwave it for 1.5 minutes (depends on the microwave but you can play with it).
  • Add little bit of more milk to it and add 1 scoop of protein powder.
  • Mix it well and add one teaspoon of peanut butter.
